We're looking for a Social Media Community Manager, mostly for the US Hispanic market, who will be responsible for actively engaging customers and influencers within social media channels including Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and all new emerging platforms. You'll know how to produce content rapidly, but also where and how to tap into existing influencers and partners for content production. If you are bilingual/bicultural and have passion for this sort of creative and community management work, along with a strong foundation in marketing and communications, this job is for you. 1-3 years of related experience is required and within a creative agency environment a plus.




  • Help turn assignments and creative briefs into mind-blowing ideas that motivate and engage audiences across our social channels
  • Monitor and respond on behalf of clients in social media
  • Be resourceful and inventive when it comes to both creating and curating engaging social content and internal promotional material
  • Identify, develop and foster relationships with key communities that fall within the client’s audience base
  • Work closely with clients and account teams on the development of social media programs and strategies
  • Develop partnerships that are meaningful and drive awareness of in market campaigns
  • Liaise between client stakeholders like legal, public relations, event leads; internal stakeholders like account, creative, and legal; and social media platform stakeholders to keep up to date with updates and opportunities
  • Track social media for emerging trend or stories
  • Provide editorial content options and timing based on insights from these trends
  • Utilize analytics and optimization programs to meet a clients KPI's
