Revamp the organization to diversify membership.
The organization needed a business solution that required more than a communications campaign. We helped them restructure their organization including recruiting diverse staff, modifying their program offerings, and even advising on their uniform requirements. Then we went to work on developing communications campaigns that increased their membership amongst multicultural audiences.
